IT Support Technician

We are looking for someone with a passion for IT to learn and grow in a truly innovative financial services provider. You will join a hard-working team where we encourage everyone to expand their expertise and improve their skills. The IT team are a friendly bunch and the company culture feels like a family-oriented and tight-knit community.

You will be responsible for:

  • On-site ad-hoc 1st and 2nd line support tasks, managing requests from receipt to resolution
  • Managing support requests via Jira, email, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Server, network and desktop technical support, diagnosing employee issues and providing a high level of first-time fix
  • Assisting in Incident and problem management
  • Ensuring internal reporting and resolution standards are met
  • Completing any admin paperwork and documentation
  • Assisting in internal and external IT audits
  • Coordinating ordering and maintenance of business IT equipment
  • Collaborating in business software purchase and renewal discussions

Key Skills

  • Good knowledge of networking
  • Good knowledge of Office 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of IT Security
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 & Windows 11
  • Able to support at any level of the business

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
