Sales Executive
You will be responsible for:
- Building a network of brokers
- Building professional relationships and attracting new business
- Finding out the specific needs of each new contact and tailoring your service accordingly
- Projecting positivity, professionalism, and knowledge across all communications
- Following up leads in an efficient, timely manner
- Maintaining communication with our existing broker database
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure deals progress smoothly and efficiently
Sales Executives will need as a minimum:
- Previous sales experience
- Ability to take ownership and management of tasks to successfully deliver a high-quality service
- Ability to respond quickly to training and adapt to changes within the industry
- Confidence and a flair for sales
- A first-class telephone manner
Person Specific:
- A can-do attitude and the drive to learn
- Be flexible in your approach to work
- Go the extra mile to get the job done
- Confident and effective communicator/influencer/negotiator
- Self-motivated to deliver high quality service
Desirable:
- Financial Services experience (ideally bridging lending)
- Experience with working with brokers
