Here at Kuflink we are looking for a Compliance Assistant to join our thriving team. A key component of being a Compliance Assistant is to help maintain total accuracy and adherence to the relevant guidelines. You’ll be working seamlessly with all teams across the business to achieve continual best practice and support with general compliance.

You will be responsible for:

Providing compliance support to the business by responding to queries
Working with other members of the team to ensure all file checking required is undertaken
Ensuring compliance registers are kept up to date
Assisting with a variety of compliance admin tasks including populating spreadsheets and registers
Monitoring compliance manuals, policies and procedures
Ensuring all queries raised are answered in a timely manner
Work with the Operations team to ensure compliance training is delivered and logged effectively

Desirable experience:

Person specific:

Excellent organisation skills with ability to switch quickly between tasks
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and within a team
Motivated to undertake research on new FCA guidelines etc
Attention to detail and an investigative mind
Experience of working in results and deadline-based environment
Keen interest in career development and progression
