Operations/Admin Officer

We’re looking for an organised, enthusiastic Operations/Admin Officer to join our team to help the business grow.

You’ll be part of our expanding team where you will be assisting the business across all departments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering effective communications and being part of truly innovative financial services provider. You will join a hard-working team where we encourage everyone to expand their expertise and improve their skills.

You will be responsible for

  • Supporting the team with the delivery of deals to the platform
  • Completing daily, weekly, monthly operations tasks
  • Assisting with general queries that come into the team
  • Helping with the drafting of new policies and processes
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team.
  • Supporting the Head of Operations in ensuring all training is organised, designed, and rolled out effectively across the team

Operations/Admin Officer will need as a minimum

  • Ability to take ownership and successfully deliver a high-quality service
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work across multiple departments
  • Ability to research topics and put plans together

Person Specific

  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Go the extra mile to get the job done
  • Self-motivated to deliver high quality service
