Sales Executive
We are looking for a Sales Executive to support our position as one of the fastest growing lenders in the alternative finance market. Your main responsibility will be to reach out to brokers across the country and establish great relationships with them to attract new business.
You will be responsible for
- Building a network of brokers
- Building professional relationships and attracting new business to achieve monthly targets
- Finding out the specific needs of each new contact and tailoring your service accordingly
- Projecting positivity, professionalism, and knowledge across all communications
- Following up leads in an efficient, timely manner
- Maintaining communication with our existing broker database
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure deals progress smoothly and efficiently
Sales Executives will need as a minimum
- Previous sales experience
- Ability to take ownership and management of tasks to successfully deliver a high-quality service
- Ability to respond quickly to training and adapt to changes within the industry
- Confidence and a flair for sales
- A first-class telephone manner

Desirable
- Financial Services experience (ideally bridging lending)
- Experience working with brokers
