Telephone Account Manager

Here at Kuflink we are looking for an enthusiastic Telephone Account Manager to join our thriving team. A key component of being part of our Investor Relations Team is that you will live and breathe investor relations.

Can you provide unparalleled levels of service? Are you confident on the phones and love talking to people? The Investor Relations team are responsible for all communication with our shareholders, the market and the general investment community.

You will be responsible for:

  • Taking calls from our investors on a daily basis to ensure their needs are met
  • Seeking feedback from our investors on their experiences with us
  • Ensuring all queries are answered in a timely manner
  • Working as part of a team

Desirable experience:

  • Experience of P2P lending
  • Experience within financial services
  • Experience in customer service especially on the phone

Person specific:

  • Excellent organisation skills developed in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Genuine interest in the Fintech Market
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about providing unparalleled levels of service and convenience for customers
  • Able to work and learn quickly in a fast paced, fun and dynamic environment
