What is Peer-to-Peer Lending?
Together, Kuflink and Investor lend money to a borrower, which we secure against a property (1st or 2nd Legal Charge).* As an Investor you will earn up to 7.2%* gross per annum.
When the borrower repays their loan, we give you your original capital back and, depending on your choice, you’ve earned interest monthly throughout the term – or we pay you back all your interest (and more) in one lump sum at the end if you’ve chosen to compound it.*

Kuflink Ltd will pay cashback into qualifying investors’ wallet every time Southampton FC wins an official English Premier League match during the 2020/21 season. A draw does not qualify you for cashback. You can enrol to this conditional promotion at any time up until the opening whistle of Southampton FC’s final match of the 2020/2021 Premier League season. Cashback can be invested on the platform or withdrawn to your nominated bank account.
Between 5th November 2020 at 23:59 and 20th November 2020 at 23:59 if you sign up via this promotion and invest a minimum of £500, we will honour the associated cashback you would have received so far for the 4 previous wins. We will also honour the associated cashback for anyone who has already signed up to this campaign but not yet invested.
The amount of cashback we pay per win is determined by the total amount you have invested across all products on Kuflink’s platform at the moment the referee’s whistle starts each match:
- If you have invested between £ 500.00 - £1,000.00, you will get £5 cashback
- If you have invested between £1,000.01 - £2,000.00, you will get £10 cashback
- If you have invested between £2,000.01 - £5,000.00, you will get £20 cashback
- If you have invested above £5,000.00 - + you will get £25 cashback
