And all the projects are listed neatly in a portfolio, with access to all aspects of the development, so it makes the whole investment process more transparent. I could go on about how approachable the customer services are, the quality of the loans, the competitive interest rates for lenders, and the complete lack (zero) of failed investments, but readers might suspect I work for Kuflink! And not to mention the strong pipeline of building projects, which ensures cash drag (the time it takes to get your funds invested and earning interest) is kept to a minimum.
